Centers of Expertise

  • Benefits designs, administers, and manages the benefits programs for all current and retired faculty, academic staff, and staff employees.
  • Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) partners with administrators and staff to provide guidance on policies, procedures, collective bargaining agreements, and workplace issues for staff and union employees.
  • Talent Analytics and Project Administration is dedicated to using people analytics to drive HR related business decisions at all levels and enhance business decision making. Partnered with HR team and campus community to: Collect and analyze HR data, offer actionable analysis and reporting to managers and executives, lead employee engagement surveying and initiatives across campus to drive staff engagement and support DE&I efforts campus wide.

     

 

  • Talent & Rewards provides expertise to attract and engage a high performing, diverse workforce. We partner together with HR Community & People Managers to enable strategic talent delivery and optimization of talent investment.
