Staff employment opportunities
Applications for non-academic job opportunities at the University are managed online at UChicago Jobs. All positions posted on the website are open and applications are being accepted. Applications must be submitted online through UChicago Jobs. Application submitted by other methods, such as email, fax, or mail cannot be accepted for consideration. We encourage you to submit an application for each position that interests you.
Create a Profile
Before you can apply for a specific position, you must create a profile. Once you have a profile, you may apply for any position for which you meet the basic qualifications. You may be asked supplemental questions, and you will have the option to attach a resume, cover letter, or other supporting documentation.
By logging in to your user profile and clicking "Manage Jobs", you can check the status of all jobs for which you have applied, add additional documentation, or withdraw your resume. If your application status indicates "In Process," your application has been passed on to the hiring department for consideration.
Profiles remain on file with the University as long as you are actively applying for positions. You may update or edit your profile at any time.

Applications for faculty and academic positions at the University are managed online by the Provost's Office through the Academic Career Opportunities site.
